What lies ahead for leadership
A symposium at the Harvard Business School, expert thinkers gathered to investigate what lies ahead for leadership, what is the crucial skill for tomorrow’s leaders, what future leaders can’t live without:
Trust, authenticity, purpose, empathy, devotion, curiosity, mindfulness are all crucial leadership skills. I have been working on leadership development for several years and I totally agree with all the skills explained in the video. I would consider one skill, “self-knowledge”. In my point of view, the basis for effective leadership is to know deeply yourself. Starting from there, the leader can demonstrate all leadership skills presented in this video.
