How to use social media to inspire the customer?

Spellbinders – a five year-old manufacturer of tools for the paper crafting enthusiast – is a great example how to inspire the customer and that way create a demand for their products. They are very active in social media.

They maintain a blog with ideas on how to use their products, a Facebook page, a Twitter account, and have nearly 50 videos on YouTube.
