I’m a big fan of Questions and really like the way you created this Infographic. I’ve saved it to use with coaching clients. Thanks.

I have always been in the PM arena and recently moved into CM. These are great questions and can be used to lay a solid foundation for a successful implementation. Thank you for laying it out!

Torben,
Great piece of work!

The first three questions you pose are the prerequisites for change
1. Why is change necessary?
2. Is there a compelling reason for change?
3. How to build a business case for change?

The answer to all three is to describe what GOOD LOOKS LIKE compared with the current state.

The hard part is providing comparative compelling evidence of ‘what good looks like’.

Great questions! can’t wait to share with my team. Thank you, Torben!

These provide an excellent basis for co-creating an overall roadmap with a client…i can see it being used in a range of engagements.

Excellent list of questions! If sincerely tried to answer basic foundation questions, more than 50% you get prepared for implementation of change! Thank you so much for sharing! I will definitely use them in my work as a consultant!
